The campaign was built around understanding who Royal Wings Travel should attract and what would make those prospects trust the brand.
Ice Cube Marketing client story · Royal Wings Travel
Royal Wings Travel had the expertise to create unforgettable Japan trips. What they didn't have was a reliable online system for turning that expertise into a steady stream of qualified enquiries.

01 · Who They Are, and the Challenge
Royal Wings Travel is a boutique travel agency specialising in customised travel itineraries, with a strong focus on Japan-bound travel. Their proposition was not about selling ordinary trips. It was about creating unique and meaningful travel experiences for customers.
They relied almost entirely on organic Facebook posts, with no structured advertising strategy.
No predictable lead-generation funnel, and no clear way to consistently reach the right customers.
Growth was slow and stagnant. They were posting regularly, but seeing minimal returns and no consistent lead generation.

Founder Diana discovered Ice Cube Marketing after seeing the results the agency was producing for other businesses. Instead of immediately jumping into a campaign, Ice Cube first conducted a 2-hour social media audit and strategy session.

Ice Cube transformed Diana's ideas and expertise into polished marketing assets, including the breakthrough video advertisement.
03
Paid campaigns were used to reach audiences beyond the limited reach of organic Facebook posts.
04
Campaign performance was monitored and improved to maintain strong lead volume and cost efficiency.
05
Diana worked with the Ice Cube team, particularly Craig and Cheryl, to turn raw ideas into finished marketing output.
06
As lead volume increased, Royal Wings had to strengthen internal processes to keep up with the new flow of enquiries.

05 · The Results
The campaign produced results that went far beyond simply increasing Facebook engagement.
Most importantly, 99% of the leads were highly qualified and ready to book a Japan trip. This meant the campaign wasn’t simply creating noise. It was attracting people with genuine buying intent. The volume became so strong that Royal Wings temporarily paused the campaign to catch up with the number of leads and enquiries coming in.
06 · The Real Win, and the Partnership
The campaign did more than produce immediate sales. It validated Royal Wings Travel’s brand positioning and helped the business understand who its ideal customers were.
As the results became visible, Diana’s view of digital marketing changed. What initially felt uncertain became a proven growth channel. She valued Ice Cube’s responsiveness, creative execution and collaborative approach.
Diana now considers Ice Cube Marketing not simply a service provider, but an extension of her team and a trusted strategic growth partner.
