The clicks kept coming. The paying clients did not.
How Heartland Rehab, a physiotherapy and wellness clinic, went from agencies that delivered clicks to a consistent flow of qualified, booked-in leads, and grew to eight locations across the island.
More than 1,000 qualified booked-in leads every year.
Now eight locations across the island, and still expanding.
Heartland Rehab has delivered physiotherapy and wellness care for about nine years.

Bala, co-founder of Heartland Rehab, on what changed and why it worked.
Before working with Ice Cube
Heartland Rehab is a physiotherapy clinic that also provides wellness services. It has been operating for about nine years, with a core focus on excellent-quality care while it expands its range of healthcare and wellness offerings.
Growth needed a marketing system, not more traffic.
When Bala tried to handle marketing himself, he struggled with the whole workflow: planning and creating campaigns, developing ads and marketing materials, generating qualified leads, and converting those leads into paying clients.
As the business grew, a consistent flow of clients mattered more and more. The therapists needed enough qualified prospects to serve, and without that, expansion would be hard to sustain.
Other agencies had been tried. The leads did not convert.
Heartland Rehab had worked with other marketing agencies to run its ads. They generated a lot of clicks, but the quality of the leads was poor, and those leads did not turn into paying clients.
The problem was never just getting more enquiries. It was getting leads who were genuinely interested and could become clients. Many clicks are not the same as qualified prospects.
The Heartland Rehab team. More outlets mean more therapists, and every therapist needs a steady flow of clients.
Why Ice Cube
The turning point came when Bala met an Ice Cube team member who explained how Ice Cube structures and runs its campaigns, including the workflow and the strategy behind them.
Built for qualified leads, not clicks.
What stood out was how different this was from his earlier agency experiences. Instead of chasing clicks, the approach was designed to generate qualified leads that could actually contribute to business growth.
The decision came down to two things: the strategy behind the campaigns, and a structured process for generating quality leads that Ice Cube could show, not just promise.
During the work with Ice Cube
The early months were slower. What mattered was the direction, and it never stopped pointing up.
01
Ice Cube took on the full process Bala had struggled to run alone: campaigns, ads and materials, qualified leads, and conversion into paying clients.
02
The campaign did not break even straight away. But the projections kept moving upward, which told Bala the campaigns were heading in the right direction.
03
With patience, results snowballed and grew exponentially after several months. Advertising takes time to find the right audience, and staying the course paid off.
Working together
Consistent lead flow keeps every therapist’s schedule full.
“We have been able to guarantee a consistent flow of leads for our therapists to see.”
Bala, co-founder, Heartland Rehab
Bala named Troy, Joyce and John as the three people he works with most at Ice Cube, and described the communication and execution as smooth. No significant miscommunication or misalignment came up.
He has compared Ice Cube directly with the agencies he used before, and said none of them reached the standard Ice Cube Marketing delivered.

Point by point
After disappointing agencies, Bala had reason to be skeptical. Here is how that view shifted, and why.
Before
Many clicks from previous agencies, but poor-quality leads that did not convert.
After
Qualified leads that convert into actual paying clients.
Before
A marketing workflow that was hard to understand and run alone.
After
A structured campaign process, run together with the Ice Cube team.
Before
Not enough lead flow to sustain expansion.
After
A consistent lead flow that supported 3 to 4 new outlets.
Before
Cautious interest in yet another agency.
After
Strong confidence: Bala now recommends Ice Cube to other businesses and plans to use it for Heartland Rehab’s other services.
After working with Ice Cube
Figures as Bala reported them. Nothing here is projected.

Break-even took time. Bala could see the projections trending upward, stayed patient, and the results eventually snowballed. Marketing takes time to reach the right audience, and that is the part a lead count cannot show on its own.
The consistent lead flow is what made expansion possible: enough clients for every therapist, and the demand to support new locations. Heartland Rehab is now looking to promote its other services with Ice Cube as its offering grows.
