Faster application
PSG grant is unlike EDG or other grants. Vendors are all pre-approved. As such, you do not have to submit a customized proposal to IMDA and wait several months for the outcome. Applications take a few weeks to be processed, depending on various factors.Â
Protected
The grant is subject to IMDA’s approval. If approved, IMDA will send you a Letter of Approval (LOA) that clearly states the amount of grant available for your business. We can only accept your payment and proceed with the campaign after you have received the LOA. This means there is no risk on your part, as no payment is required until the grant is confirmed.
Results-based
All vendors and packages are tied to some form of KPI. At the end of the engagement, we are to report on the fulfillment of the KPI. However, different social media marketing agencies in Singapore may focus on various metrics, such as clicks, likes, leads, or ROI. At Icecube Marketing, our emphasis is on ROI. Businesses participating in the PSG program should be just as committed as the vendor in achieving the agreed-upon KPIs.

FAQ
SMEs can apply if it is a business entity registered and operating in Singapore; Have a minimum of 30%local shareholding; AND. Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees. Due to limited slots, all applications are subjected to approval.Â
Each company can only apply for 1 PSG in each solution category. For example, if you have obtained PSG for your laptop computer, you can still apply for PSG for digital marketing solution. However, once you have done so for the digital marketing solution, you can no longer apply for another one.
It takes approximately 4-6weeks for ESG to approve your application. Hence companies are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible so that they can launch their campaign based on their planned date.
As long as all the documents are in order and the proper proof and screenshots of deliverables are furnished, there are no issues with the claims. We have not heard of any companies unable to get their claim so far.Â
