Ice Cube Project Terms

1. Project span 90 days from the launch of campaign. After the trial period, the project will convert to a month-to-month program that requires a 15 days’ cancellation (or pause) notice. If the [CLIENT] wishes to pause the campaign with IceCube temporarily, but would like IceCube to store all of the assets as opposed to deleting them, as well as locking into the original payment terms for when client return, there will be a pause fee of $399.99/month.

2.  Account information Upon full completion of the 90-days trial program, handover of the following proprietary assets will ensue: Google Ads (previously known as Adwords) & Facebook ads campaign and landing page access.  

3. Commitment to results Both parties are committed to make sure the marketing campaign & sales conversion will function at the optimal condition within the trial period of this program.

4. Mutual respect IceCube shall provide support during business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday). Please let our staff know if you need assistance and please treat them with respect. The agency reserves the right to have the business withdrawn from our program if there is any abuse(verbal, physical or otherwise) of our staff.  

5. Timeline All parties to adhere to agreed timeline to provide materials & approval in a timely manner and ensure that the project can  kick off without delay. Campaign is to be launched within 3 weeks of the onboarding meeting date. Projects put on hold by clients have to be re-prioritized in our pipeline. Projects paused for more than 3 months will be archived. 

6.  Agile program scope  This is an agile program focusing on results rather than a broad web design/ branding project. Landing page edits are limited to 2 iterations within a 1-week timeframe. For special requirements beyond the program scope, additional costs might be incurred. Any changes in ad budget/commission/terms to the project will also entail an issuance of new quotation. 

7. Communication There will be 3 sessions that require your participation: Onboarding meeting, 1month review call, 3month campaign review. The monthly reports will be sent over email. Adhoc support is provided via a Whatsapp group. Please keep all communication within the Whatsapp group for better alignment. 

8. Ad Budget  Ad budget will be paid directly to Google/Facebook using client’s credit card. Client takes responsibility in ensuring that account is financed with a valid credit card with a backup in place. (Note: Facebook & Google ad spent is subjected to GST)  Any payment done through Ice Cube will be subjected to 6% processing fee. 

9. Agency fees All online transaction/admin fees for payment made on this page to be borne by Ice Cube Marketing. Please be informed that payment is non-refundable for reasons such as early termination or otherwise. 

10. Confidential Information IceCube and client agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to disclosure of certain proprietary & confidential information (“Confidential Information”)

11. Video project rights As per industry practice, Ice Cube Marketing will only be providing the final edited videos. No raw footage will be provided. Ice Cube Marketing retains the rights to use for IceCube promotion/portfolio and/or referral purposes
