M2 Massage provides outcall massage services to clients at homes, hotels, yachts, corporate spaces, and events.

Monthly appointment rate increased 3x: From around 40 appointments per month to about 150-155.

Sales increased by 58%.

The business saw substantial growth in the number of bookings and client conversions, which required M2 Massage to hire more therapists to meet the growing demand.

IceCube's system helped manage and streamline the scheduling process, allowing for more efficient coordination between the admin team and therapists.
